God Laying the Prophetic Foundation
In 2017, God marked a concentrated series of major events with precise timing and multiple layers of prophetic confirmation. These events were not random. They formed a clear prophetic foundation that pointed forward to the greater judgment that would come in 2020.
Marking of the Washington Monument
On August 31, 2015, a prophetic warning was sent to leaders that included a drawing with the following markers:
Widely Reported On 9/9/2015, a “Fireball” meteor was visibly recorded from atop the Washington Monument (an Egyptian obelisk) next to the White House. This was the first divine marking of the Washington Monument, prophetically linking America’s pride to the fall of Satan described in Luke 10:18.
- A large number “254” with the words “Texas Size” and “American Pride”.
- A lightning bolt striking a graph with the notation “9/9 = WH” and the scripture Luke 10:18.
- The number 254 represents the 254th day of the year — September 11.

2017 – The Core Prophetic Events
God intensified the warning in 2017 through a tightly connected sequence of events:
- June 17, 2017 — The U.S. Navy destroyer USS Fitzgerald was struck, killing 7 sailors. This occurred on a date God had already marked with the words “Fire and Water.”
- August 21, 2017 — The second U.S. Navy destroyer, USS John S. McCain, was struck, killing 10 sailors. This occurred on the day of a total solar eclipse across America — a date God had prophetically marked in advance.
- These two attacks were separated by exactly 65 days, with the numbers 7 and 10 pointing directly to the Day of Atonement (Tishri 10).
- This marked the beginning of a 40-day Jonah warning window. Within this window, three major hurricanes struck the United States. Notably, Jonah 1:4 records that God sent a “tempest” — the biblical word for a violent storm or hurricane.
- The 40-day warning ended on the Day of Atonement (September 30, 2017).
- On the very next day — October 1, 2017 — the deadliest mass shooting in modern U.S. history occurred in Las Vegas (in the city of Paradise, Nevada), directly in front of the Luxor Resort, which features both a massive Egyptian pyramid and an Egyptian obelisk.
Prophetic Markers and Witnesses
God used multiple layers of confirmation during this period:
- Two Navy Destroyers — serving as prophetic witnesses pointing to the coming Exodus 12:23 Destroyer.
- Two Egyptian Obelisks — one in Washington D.C. (marked in 2015) and one in Las Vegas (marked in 2017), both pointing back to ancient Egypt and the original Passover judgment.
- “Like Elijah, the Rain-ier Man” — the name God gave this ministry, which connects to Mount Rainier in Washington State. The visitor center at Mount Rainier is in Paradise, Washington, creating a prophetic link to Paradise, Nevada (the location of the Las Vegas shooting).
- The Las Vegas shooting occurred on October 1, 2017 — Messenger 42’s 60th birthday, adding another layer of prophetic connection.
…to establish a clear prophetic foundation. All of these signs pointed back to ancient Egypt and the original Passover Destroyer (Exodus 12:23). The 2017 events served as the prophetic groundwork that pointed directly to 2020, when God released what the world called COVID-19, but which He had already declared years earlier as His 357 Destroyer.
